Chef's Thanksgiving Dinner
Whole Pulehu Seasoned Turkey (GF)
Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Remove turkey from packaging and place breast-side up in an oven-safe baking dish.
- Lightly brush or spray with vegetable oil.
- Roast uncovered for 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, or until heated through and skin is golden brown.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before carving.
- Note: Turkey is fully cooked; reheat only until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Kiawe Smoked Meat & Sweet Onion Stuffing
Conventional Oven (preferred):
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Transfer contents to an oven-safe dish.
- Heat uncovered for 30-40 minutes
- Remove lid and cover with a damp paper towel.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes and mix.
- Microwave for additional 1 to 2-minute intervals until heated through.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Stove Top (preferred):
- Transfer mashed potatoes to a medium saucepan with a splash of milk.
- Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through. Be sure to stir and maintain a low cooking temperature to prevent mashed potatoes from sticking to the bottom of the pan and scorching.
- Remove lid and cover with a damp paper towel.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes and mix. Microwave for additional 1 to 2-minute intervals as needed until heated through.
Lilikoi Ginger Glazed Kabocha & Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Transfer contents to an oven-safe dish. Heat uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
- Remove from heat and dress with lilikoi ginger glaze.
- Remove lid and lilikoi ginger glaze. Cover with a damp paper towel.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes and mix. Microwave for additional 1 to 2-minute intervals as needed until heated through.
Turkey Gravy
Stove (preferred):
- Transfer contents to a medium saucepan and heat on medium-low, stirring frequently for 3-5 minutes or until heated through.
- Remove lid and cover with a damp paper towel.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes then stir. Microwave for additional 1 to 2-minute intervals as needed until heated through.
Cranberry Prune Mui Chutney
No heating required. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Preparation Instructions
Conventional oven:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove turkey breast from the wrapper and place breast side up in a roasting pan.
- Brush or spray with vegetable oil.
- Place in oven and heat for 45 minutes to 1.5 hours until temperature reaches 140°F in the thigh.

Cooking times may vary with the oven or microwave. All items to be reheated will be packed in microwaveable containers for ease in heating.
Scallion Mashed Potatoes & Kalua Pork and Water Chestnut Stuffing (40 oz.)
- Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer contents to a covered oven-safe dish and heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Microwave: Heat in container on high for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let stand for 1 minutes. Stir before serving.
- Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer contents to a covered oven-safe dish. Pour butter from the container over the dish. Heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Microwave: Uncover container and pour butter over the dish. Heat on high for 5-7 minutes.
- Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer contents to a covered oven-safe dish and heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Microwave: Heat in container on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
No heating required. Serve at room temperature.
Prime Rib Dinner
Preparation Instructions:
Conventional oven:
- Allow prime rib to sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours prior to reheating.
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- Remove prime rib from the wrapper and place uncovered in the roasting pan.
- Place in oven and heat for 1 to 1.5 hours until temperature reaches 125-130°F.
- Let sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.

- Microwave: Heat in container on high for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
- Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer contents to a covered oven-safe dish. Heat for 18-20 minutes.
- Microwave: Uncover container. Heat on high for 7-10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Stove: Transfer contents to a pot. Bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally.
- Microwave: Heat in container on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer contents to a covered oven-safe dish and heat for 10-12 minutes.
- Microwave: Heat in container on high for 7-10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Butterball Turkey Breast
Thaw: Thaw unopened turkey breast-side up on a tray in the refrigerator for 1.5 to 2 days.
Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove turkey breast from the wrapper and place breast-side up in a roasting pan.
- Brush or spray skin with vegetable oil.
- Place turkey breast in oven and heat ufor 45 minutes to 1.5 hours until temperature reaches 140°F.

Creamy Mashed Potatoes (32 oz.)
- Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer contents to a covered oven-safe dish and heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Microwave: Heat in container on high for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
