Chef's Thanksgiving Dinner
Pulehu Seasoned Turkey (GF)
Conventional Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Remove turkey from packaging and place turkey, breast-side-up, in the provided aluminum roasting pan. Brush or spray turkey with vegetable oil.
  3. Place in center of the oven and roast for 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes or until heated through and skin is golden brown.
  4. Let rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Kiawe Smoked Meat & Sweet Onion Stuffing
Conventional Oven (preferred):
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Transfer stuffing to an oven-safe baking dish. Heat uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Microwave:
  1. Remove lid and cover stuffing with a damp paper towel.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and mix. Microwave for additional 1 to 2-minute intervals as needed until heated through.
  3. Serve immediately.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Stove Top (preferred):
  1. Transfer mashed potatoes to a medium saucepan with a splash of milk.
  2. Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through (Be sure to stir and maintain a low cooking temperature to prevent mashed potatoes from sticking to the bottom of the pan and scorching).
  3. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Microwave:
  1. Remove lid and cover mashed potatoes with a damp paper towel.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and stir. Microwave for additional 1 to 2-minute intervals as needed until heated through.
  3. Serve immediately.

Lilikoi Ginger Glazed Kabocha & Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Conventional Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Transfer veggies to an oven-safe baking dish. Heat uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Remove from heat and dress with lilikoi ginger glaze. Serve immediately.
Microwave:
  1. Remove lid and lilikoi ginger glaze. Cover with a damp paper towel.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and mix. Microwave for additional 1 to 2-minute intervals as needed until heated through.
  3. Dress with lilikoi ginger glaze and serve immediately.

Turkey Gravy
Stove (preferred):
  1. Transfer gravy to a medium saucepan and heat on medium-low, stirring frequently for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Microwave:
  1. Remove lid and cover with a damp paper towel.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes then stir. Microwave for additional 1 to 2-minute intervals as needed until heated through.
  3. Serve immediately.

Cranberry Shiso Chutney
Serve chilled or at room temperature.


Butterball Whole Turkey
Preparation Instructions
If the turkey is frozen: Thaw, unopened, breast-side-up on a tray in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 days.
DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Butterball Oven Baked Whole Turkeys are fully cooked and ready to eat. They can be used in recipes calling for cooked turkey without prior heating. The thigh meat may be slightly pinkish in color and some pink juices may appear. This does not mean that your turkey is undercooked.

To serve cold: Remove turkey from wrapper. Carve turkey. Let meat stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to take off the chill.

Conventional oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove turkey breast from the wrapper. DO NOT STUFF.
  3. Place turkey, breast side up, on a flat roasting rack in 2 to 2 1/4 inch roasting pan. DO NOT add water to the pan. DO NOT stuff.
  4. Brush or spray skin with vegetable oil.
  5. Place turkey breast in 350°F oven and heat until warm. 45 minutes-1.5 hours.
  6. Check temperature with a meat thermometer. The temperature should be 140°F in the thigh.
  7. Carve and serve immediately.

Storage Instructions
  • Keep frozen, and allow 2 to 4 days for thawing in refrigrator.
  • Unopened: Store in freezer, can be stored for up to 3 months from purchase.
  • Leftovers: Refrigerate carved leftovers within 2 hours of eating. Use leftover turkey within 3 days.



Premium Turkey Dinner Sides (Locally-Made by Sullivan Family Kitchens)
Cooking times may vary with the oven or microwave. All items to be reheated will be packed in microwaveable containers for ease in heating.

Scallion Mashed Potatoes & Kalua Pork and Water Chestnut Stuffing (40 oz.)
  • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place contents of conatiner in a covered ovenproof dish. Heat for approximately 15-20 minutes.
  • Microwave: Place container in microwave and heat on high for 10 to 12 minutes, mid-way through heating, stir. Let stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
Brussels Sprouts & Pipikaula (24 oz.)
  • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place contents of container into a covered ovenproof dish. Empty container of butter over the dish. Heat for approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Microwave: Uncover container. Empty container of butter over the dish. Place container in microwave and heat on high for 5 to 7 minutes.
Turkey Gravy (24 oz.)
  • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place contents of container into a covered ovenproof dish. Heat for approximately 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Microwave: Place container in microwave and heat on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Pause mid-way through heating to stir.
Cranberry & Pineapple Chutney (16 oz.)
No heating necessary. Serve at room temperature.



Prime Rib Dinner
Fully cooked, warm to serving temperature (Do not overheat)

Suggested Warming Method:
Sous Vide/water bath in kettle or steamer - Product is in handled sous vide bag.
  • Reheat only from fully thawed.
  • Submerge unopened sous vide package in boiling water (handle side up) on top of stove.
  • Approximate heating time 25-40 min.
  • Water bath times vary, use meat thermometer to warm to desired doneness on chart below.
  • Suggest checking internal temperature at approximately 25 minutes.
  • Carefully remove bag from boiling water by handle after warming to desired temperature.
  • Remove roast from bag, place on baking sheet and heat in 400°F preheated oven for 5-10 min to caramelize. Sea salt crystals and/or cracked black pepper may be added for appearance.
Additional Warming Method: Oven
  • Preheat oven to 325°F; remove roast from packaging
  • Place roast and juices in covered baking pan, add 1 cup water.
  • Warming time approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on desired degree of doneness.
  • Oven temparatures vary, check center of roast with meat thermometer then remove lid or foil for last 5-10 min to caramelize. Sea salt and/or cracked black pepper may be added for appearance.

Loaded Potato Casserole (Bacon, Cheddar, Scallion) (32 oz.)
  • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place contents of container in a covered ovenproof dish. Heat for approximately 15-20 minutes.
  • Microwave: Place container in microwave and heat on high for 10-12 minutes. Mid-way through heating, stir. Let stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
Roasted Corn and Red Bell Pepper (Basil and Cotija Cheese) (24 oz.)
  • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place contents of container into a covered ovenproof dish. Heat for approximately 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Microwave: Place container in microwave on high heat for 7 to 10 minutes. Mid-way through heating, stir.
Beef Au Jus (16 oz.)
  • Stove: Place contents of container in a pot. Bring to a slow boil, sitrring occasionally.
  • Microwave: Place container in microwave and heat on high for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Creamed Spinach (24 oz.)
  • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place contents of container in a covered ovenproof dish and heat for approximately 10-12 minutes, sitrring occasionally.
  • Microwave: Place container in microwave and heat on high for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Thaw: Place unopened turkey breast on a tray in refrigerator for 1.5 to 2 days. DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Prepare: For the best possible experience, we recommend the heating instructions below.

Conventional Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove turkey breast from the wrapper. DO NOT stuff.
  3. Place turkey breast, skin side up, on a flat roasting rack in 2-inch roasting pan. DO NOT add water to the pan.
  4. Brush or spray skin with vegetable oil.
  5. Place turkey breast in 350°F oven and heat until warm. 45 minutes - 1.5 hours.
  6. Check temperature with a meat thermometer. The temperature should be 140°F.
  7. Carve and serve immediately.
Serve Cold:
  1. Remove turkey breast from the wrapper.
  2. Let meat stand at room temperature 15 minutes to take off the chill.
  3. Carve turkey breast and serve immediately.

Storage Instructions:

  • Allow 2 days to thaw, keep refrigerated until ready to cook. Cook within 3 days after thawed.
  • Storage of leftovers: Carve leftover turkey into pieces before refrigerating to speed cooling.
