  • Furikake

Directions

  1. Place chicken skin on plate, leaving room in the center for poke.
  2. Place poke on top of the chicken skin, in the center.
  3. Drizzle unagi sauce and kewpie mayo over the poke and chicken skin.
  4. Optional: Torch mayo for a nice roasted flavor.
  5. Garnish with furikake and/or chopped green onions.
