Corn, 2 Cups
Mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons
Cheese, 2 Ounces
Hot Cheetos
Lime, 1 Lime

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 2 tablespoons mayaonnaise
- 2 ounces cheese of your choice
- Hot Cheetos, crumbled
- 1 lime (juiced)
Directions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-low.
- Add corn to pan and cook until softened.
- Add mayonnaise to pan and mix with corn.
- Remove from heat and top with cheese, lime juice, and Cheeto dust.
- Optional: garnish with cilantro.
