Tahitian Style Poisson Cru

Ingredients
Fresh Raw Tuna, 2 Cups
Fresh Lime Juice, 3/4 Cup
Cherry Tomatoes, 1 1/2 Cup
Cucumber, 1 1/2 Cup
Maika`i Coconut Milk, 1 1/2 Cup

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh raw tuna, diced (ahi or any type of white fish)
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cup Maika`i Coconut Milk or cream
Directions
- Cut the fish into small cubes.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Add fish and fold into other ingredients.
- Add lime juice and salt & pepper; let mixture sit for a few minutes.
- Add the coconut milk and fold into other ingredients; let sit for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
