Ingredients
Maika`i Cooked Shrimp, 2 1/2 Cups
Mayonnaise, 1/2 Cup
Celery, 1/2 Cup
Lemon Pepper, 3 Teaspoons
Dill, 2 Teaspoons
Salt, to taste

  • 2 1/2 cups Maika`i Cooked Shrimp (peeled and tail off)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 3 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dill
  • Salt, to taste

 

Directions

  1. Thaw our the shrimp using the instructions on the bag.
  2. Cut the shrimp and celery into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, lemon pepper, and dill.
  4. Serve chilled as is or pair with Maika`i Taro Chips. You can also use the Shrimp Salad as sandwich filling.
