Pork & Vegetable Lumpia

Ingredients
Canola Oil, 2 Cups
Ground Pork, 2 Pounds
Garlic, 1 Tablespoon
Oyster Sauce, 1 Tablespoon
Chop Suey Vegetable Mix, 1 Package (9 oz)
Lumpia Wrapper, 1 Package (25 Pieces)
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Optional: Sweet Chili Sauce, to taste

- 2 cups canola oil
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 package (9 oz) chop suey vegetable mix
- 1 package lumpia wrapper (25 pieces)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: Sweet chili sauce, to taste
Directions
- Add oil to a medium saute pan. Brown ground pork on medium high until fully cooked.
- Stir in minced garlic and oyster sauce for a minute.
- Add in chop suey vegetable mix, then mix well and evenly.
- Put mix in a strainer and drain liquids, then set aside to cool down a little.
- Put 2 tablespoons of mix in center of lumpia wrapper, fold end of wrapper inward and roll lumpia tight enough as not to tear wrapper with water, seal wrapper with water. Continue until all mix is used.
- Heat oil in fry pan on high heat until oil reaches temperatur of 300 to 350 degrees, add lumpia to oil and fry until desired crispiness.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
