Ingredients
Salmon Fillets, 1 1/2 Pound
Panko Bread Crumbs, 1 1/2 Cup
Flat Leaf Parsley, 1/4 Cup
Maika`i Maui Onion Garlic Mustard, 4 Tablespoons
Lemon, 1 Lemon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 Tablespoons
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 1⁄2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1⁄4 cup flat leaf parsley (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons maika`i maui onion garlic mustard
  • 1 lemon (zested)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (recommendation: maika'i extra virgin olive oil)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to your desire.
  4. Spread a layer of the Maika`i Maui Onion Garlic Mustard on the salmon.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the panko mixture on the salmon and press it down with your hands.
  6. Cook the salmon on an oven safe pan with a little oil on the stove over medium high heat for 4 minutes. Skin side down.
  7. Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for an additional 4-8 minutes or until your desired doneness.
  8. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
