Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients
Uncooked Sticky Rice, 1 Cup
Coconut Milk, 1 (13.5 oz) Can
Sugar, 1/4 Cup
Mango, 1 Large Mango
Sesame Seeds, 1/4 Teaspoon

- 1 cup uncooked sticky rice
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large mango
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions
- Cook sticky rice according to package directions.
- While the rice is cooking, start on the coconut sauce. Add coconut milk and sugar to a small saucepan set over medium high heat. Heat through until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has thickened. Reserve 1/4 cup of coconut sauce.
- Once the rice has finished cooking, remove from the pot and add to a bowl. Pour the reserved coconut sauce into the rice and mix to combine.
- Peel and slice the mango
- Serve sticky rice with sliced mango and drizzle the coconut sauce over. Top with sesame seeds and ENJOY!
