Grilled Kim Chee Crab

Crab Legs, 3 Pounds
Momoya Kim Chee Base, 6 Ounces
Garlic, 2 Tablespoons Minced
Limes, 2 Limes
Butter, 1 Cup

- 3 pounds crab legs
- 6 ounces Momoya kim chee base
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 whole limes, zested and juiced
- 1 cup butter
Directions
- Cut butter into small pieces and put in a small pot on low heat. Let cook on low until the fat bubbles and separates. Remove fat leaving a clear butter. Put to the side to chill.
- Mix together kim chee base, minced garlic, and lime juice. Set aside one tablespoon of this kim chee marinade.
- Put grab in a Ziploc bag with remaining mixture.
- Let crab sit in marinade overnight.
- Mix the one tablespoon of kim chee marinade set aside previously with the clarified butter.
- Grill crab legs basting with marinade. Around 10 minutes.
- Plate with kim chee butter and limes for garnish.
