Ingredients
21-25 Shrimp, 1 Pound
Butter, 1 Pound
Garlic, 2 Tablespoons
Oyster Sauce, 1/2 Cup
Cornstarch
Salt, to taste

Ingredients

  • 1 pound 21-25 shrimp (shell-on, deveined)
  • 1 pound butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup oyster sauce
  • Cornstarch (for dredge)
  • Salt, to taste

 

Directions

  1. Season shrimp with salt and dredge in the cornstarch until fully coated.
  2. In a deep fryer or pan, lightly fry shrimp until shrimp is 50% cooked.
  3. Remove shrimp from pan and place on a plate lined with a paper towel.
  4. In another pan, add butter and garlic. Sweat garlic in butter for a minute.
  5. Add shrimp and toss lightly in sauce.
  6. Add youster sauce and coat shrimp.
  7. Enjoy over steamed rice or vegetables.

Note: If you are allergic to shrimp, try it with chicken.
