Ingredients
Salmon Filet, 1 Pound
Kewpie Mayo, 1/2 Cup
Furikake, 1/4 Cup
Soy Sauce, 2 Tablespoons
Garlic Chili Oil, 1 Tablespoon
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon filet (bones removed)
  • 1/2 cup kewpie mayo
  • 1/4 cup furikake
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chili oil
  • salt & pepper, to taste

 

Directions

  1. Cut salmon into 3 pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix soy sauce, mayo, garlic chili oil, and spread on top of the salmon.
  3. Top generously with furikake.
  4. Air fry for 8 minutes at 400F or until salmon is flakey. If keeping the salmon skin on, oil your air fryer basket well, and place skin side down.
  5. Top with more garlic chili oil and serve.

Cook time and temperature are the same when baking in an oven.
