Ingredients
Ichiban Saimin, 2 Packages
Spam, 1/2 Can
Kamaboko, 1 Package
Eggs, 3 Eggs
Green Onion, 1 Stalk
Pepper, 1 Teaspoon
Canola Oil, 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Ichiban Saimin (Chicken or Shrimp)
  • 1/2 can SPAM (sliced)
  • 1 package kamaboko (sliced)
  • 3 whole ggs (scrambled omelet style and sliced)
  • 1 stalk green onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

 

Directions

  1. Boil water. Add two packs of saimin noodles and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Strain noodles.
  2. Shock noodles in ice bath, strain noodles and air dry until most of the water is out.
  3. Preheat frying pan with oil. Stir-fry Spam and kamaboko.
  4. Add noodles and two saimin soup packs (place on dish).
  5. Season dish with pepper.
  6. Beat eggs and make an omelet. Cool and slice.
  7. Garnish dish with eggs and green onions.
