Huli Huli Chicken, 8 Ounces
Garden Salad Mix, 12 Ounces
Maika`i Brand Asian Sesame Dressing, 4 Fluid Ounces
Hawaii Candy Wun Tun Strips, 1-2 Ounces
Cilantro, 2 Ounces
Slivered Almonds, 1 Package
Mandarin Oranges, 1 Can

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces huli huli chicken, shredded white meat
  • 12 ounces garden salad mix
  • 4 fluid ounces Maika`i Brand Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 1-2 ounces Hawaii Candy Wun Tun Strips
  • 2 ounces cilantro, picked
  • Optional: 1 package slivered almonds
  • Optional: 1 can mandarin oranges

 

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the salad mix and season with a little bit of the Asian sesame dressing. Followed by some salt and pepper. The dressing is just to season the salad and for the salt and pepper to adhere to the greens.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and half of the wun tun strips. Now add more of the dressing but be careful not to over dress. Salad will become soggy.
  3. Place salad in a serving bowl and top with the rest of the wun tun strips and cilantro. If you do not care for cilantro, add slivered almonds.
