Imitation Crab, 8 Ounces
Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Teaspoon
Sriracha, to taste
Wonton Wrappers, 24 Wrappers
Oil
Optional: Green Onion, 3 Stalks
Optional: Sweet Sour Sauce
Optional: Chinese Hot Mustard
Directions

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 8 ounces imitation crab, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Sriracha, to taste
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Optional: 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • Optional: Sweet and sour sauce
  • Optional: Chinese hot mustard

 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, Worcestershire sauce, sriracha, and green onions (optional). Mix well.
  2. Place a tablespoon of crab filling on a wonton wrapper.
  3. Wet all four sides of the wrappers with water and pinch together two opposite corners to form a triangle. Fold the remaining corners in and pinch the edges together to tightly seal and form a windmill shape.
  4. Lightly spray wonton with oil and air fry at 370F for 12 minutes. Flip once and at the 10-minute mark (or until golden brown).
  5. Pair with sweet and sour sauce or Chinese hot mustard and serve.
