- Time & Patience, Not Heat Hot brewing forces flavor from the bean. We do it Low & Slow — brewing at lower temperatures and steeping for 10 slow hours — to dial-in the unmistakably SToK taste that's bold and smooth, never bitter.
- Not too sweet We've got nothing against a little sweetness. But when you taste SToK, you taste coffee. Really amazing coffee. And that's on purpose.
