Chef's Striploin Roast Dinner
*Reheat time is approximately 2+ hours. All items are fully-cooked. Unless otherwise noted, reheat all foods until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Check internal temperature with a cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the food (without touching the bones of meats). Reheating times may vary based on oven type, accuracy of oven temperatures, quantity of food, and/or other variables.

Striploin Roast
Conventional Oven:
  1. Remove striploin roast from the refrigerator 1-2 hours prior to reheating and allow it to come to room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Transfer roast to a roasting pan and heat for 45-60 minutes, or until warmed through and the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (according to chart below), being careful not to overcook.
  4. Add tomatoes and garlic to the pan 15 minutes before removing the roast from the overn.
  5. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter and serve with horseradish, chimichurri, and natural jus.
Medium Rare Medium Medium Well  Well Done
130F-134°F 135F-144°F 145F-155°F 155F-165+°F

*Remember that these are final doneness temperatures. Your "pull from the heat" temperature should be 5-7°F below the temperatures shown (depending upon the size of the striploin roast) to allow for carryover cooking during the resting period.
