Honey Dijon Garlic Roasted Pork Loin

Whole Grain Mustard, 1/4 Cup
Honey, 2 Tablespoons
Garlic, 4 Cloves
Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon
Black Pepper, 1/4 Teaspoon
Boneless Pork Loin Roast, 3-4 Pounds
Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon
American Parsley, 1 Tablespoon

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3-4 pounds boneless pork loin roast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon American parsley
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk slowly.
- Rub pork with sauce until pork is coated on all sides.
- Pour olive oil on skillet or frying pan, heat pan on high heat. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sear tenderloin on hot skillet on each side, using tongs to turn. Once outsides are seared, place pork on baking pan, roast in oven for 30 minutes, depending on size of pork. Internal temperature should reach 145 degrees when done.
- Let pork cool in room temperature for 5 minutes.
- Slice pork.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
