Made in small batches, with fresh from the farm basil, sweet Calabrian onions and other herbs grown on the property or neighboring farms.
Our vendor partner is committed to using fresh, locally grown and sourced from Calabria ingredients.
All basil/ herbs are chopped by hand and stirred into the pasta sauce last to maintain their flavor.
Unlike a lot of branded sauces, there’s very little sugar and no high fructose corn syrup added.
Our Maika`i Alfredo Sauce is made with real cheese’s and cream, truly authentic and restaurant quality.
It’s thicker than most commercially made Alfredo sauces, so based on preference, just need to add water or milk to thin.
