Yuzu Furikake Fish

White Fish, 2 Pounds
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Panko, 2 Cups
Maika`i Yuzu Furikake, 1/4 Cup
Eggs, 2 Eggs
Shredded Cabbage, 2 Cups

Ingredients
- 2 pounds white fish
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 cups panko
- 1/4 cup Maika`i Yuzu Furikake
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
Directions
- Cut fish to desired size.
- Season fish with salt and pepper.
- Combine panko and fruikake.
- Dip seasoned fish into egg, and then into panko-furikake mix.
- Press panko-furikake mixture to make it stick.
- In a shallow pan, fry fish until cooked.
- Garnish plate with cabbage, then place fish.
