Pan Fried Tofu Poke

Maika`i Firm Tofu, 1 Block (12 Ounces)
Noh's Poke Packet, 1 Packet
Sesame Oil, 2 Ounces
Aloha Shoyu, 1 Tablespoon
Sea Asparagus, 1/2 Cup

- 1 block (12 oz) Maika`i Tofu (firm)
- 1 Noh's poke packet
- 2 oz sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Aloha Shoyu
- 1/2 cup (plucked) sea asparagus
Directions
- Take tofu, pat dry, wrap in paper towel and weigh it down to remove excess liquid. Weigh down for 20 minutes.
- Cut tofu into 3 strips.
- Pan fry tofu pieces on all four sides until golden brown, you can use any kind of oil you have.
- After cooling the tofu down, cut into 1/4" or 1/2" pieces.
- Mix 1/4 of the ogo and 1/2 a teaspoon of the salt mix (follow instructions on label to hydrate the ogo).
- Place cut tofu in a mixing bowl and add in the Noh's poke packet, sesame oil, aloha shoyu, and sea asparagus.
- Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
