- Shingle the seared ahi sashimi neatly on a small serving plate, ensuring slices are evenly spaced.

- Rmove lid and transfer shrimp and butter to a separate oven-safe bakeware. Place lemon and parsley on the side for later use.
- Keeping the short ribs in the oven-safe bakeware provided, pour the smoked shoyu demi-glace over short ribs, then cover with foil.
- Heat for 15-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Microwave:
- Transfer short ribs to a microwave safe container, pour smoked shoyu demi-glace over short ribs, then cover with plastic wrap.
- Heat on high power for 3-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Pulehu Jumbo Shrimp with Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter
- Oven (recommended):
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place shrimp in an oven-safe bakeware and top shrimp with butter.
- Heat for 5-6 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Serve hot with lemon wedge and garnish with parsley.
- (Chef's Tip: Collect pan drippings and use to sauce shrimp before serving.)
- Microwave:
- Transfer shrimp to a microwave safe container and cover with plastic wrap. Poke holes in the plastic wrap for venting.
- Heat on high power for 1 minute or until warmed through. Heat longer as needed in 20-second increments until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
