White Wine Poached Kaua’i Prawns with French Cocktail Sauce

  • Serve cold.  Peel the prawns and place on a plate or in a small bowl.  Serve with French Cocktail Sauce and fresh lemon.

 

Grilled New York Steak with Soy Lemongrass Butter

  • Oven (recommended):
    • Preheat oven to 350°.
    • Place steak on an ovenproof pan.
    • Heat for:
      • 10-15 minutes for medium rare
      • 15-20 minutes for medium
      • 25 – 35 minutes for well done
    • Let the steak rest for 10 minutes, then add the Soy Lemongrass Butter.
  • Microwave:
    • Remove the lid from container (container is microwavable).
    • Heat on high power for:
      • 1-2 minutes for medium rare
      • 3-4 minutes for medium
      • 5-6 minutes for well done
    • Let the steak rest for 10 minutes, then add the Soy Lemongrass Butter.

 

Sweet Corn and Crab Potato Gratin:

  • Oven (recommended):
    • Preheat oven to 350°
    • Place gratin on a baking sheet, heat for 15 minutes or until warm in the middle.
  • Microwave:
    • Remove lid from container (container is microwavable).
    • Heat on high power for 2-3 minutes or until warmed through.

 

Truffled Asparagus

  • Stove (recommended):
    • Preheat a sauté pan to medium high heat, then lightly sauté the asparagus and season with a little salt and pepper.
  • Microwave:
    • Remove lid from container (container is microwavable).
    • Heat on high power for 2-3 minutes or until warmed through.

 

Chocolate Fondue

  • Microwave:
    • Remove lid from container (container is microwavable).
    • Heat on high power in 15-second increments until desired temperature is reached.
