Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients
Pineapple, 1 Cup
Ice, 1 Cup
Water, 1/2 Cup
Ginger, 1/2 Cup
Agave, 1/2 Cup
Li Hing Powder, to taste

- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ginger
- 1/2 cup agave or sugar of your choice
- Li hing powder
Directions
- Peel and cube ginger into 1-inch pieces.
- To make the ginger simple syrup, combine equal parts ginger, sugar of your choice, and water into a saucepan. Heat on medium high and stir until it starts to boil.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes, set aside to cool on countertop or in refrigerator.
- Peel and cut your fresh pineapple.
- To make the sorbet, combine equal parts pineapple and ice into a blender, add agave to sweetness of your preference and blend together.
- Top the sorbet with ginger simple syrup and li hing powder, to taste.
- Serve and eat right away. Enjoy!
