Mashed Potatoes, 2 Cups
Gravy, 2.5 Cups
Puff Pastry, 1 Box

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups leftover turkey meat (white, dark, or both)
  • 4 cups stuffing
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2.5 cups gravy
  • 14 oz (1 box) puff pastry
  • Optional: Milk

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Lay out the puff pastry and cut out a 14-inch circle.
  3. In a medium pot, heat the gravy, then keep warm over low heat.
  4. In a large, oiled cast iron skillet (12-inch diameter), crumble the stuffing over the base of the pan.
  5. Gently ladle the turkey mixture into the pan evenly over the stuffing.
  6. Place the puff pastry over the skillet, brush with milk and bake for 15-17 minutes at 350F until golden brown.
  7. Rest for 5-10 minutes then serve.
