Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Vegetable or Canola Oil
• 1 package Foodland Prepared Italian Sausage, diced
• 6 medium red potatoes, diced
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 2 ounces Mae Ploy Sweet Thai Chile Sauce
• 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
• Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Heat oil in saucepan, add sausage and potatoes and cover and cook until potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes).
2. Add bell peppers and continue to cook until tender.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add sweet Thai chile sauce and simmer until sauce thicketns (about 2 minutes).
5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
