    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. premium choice Certified Angus Beef, rib eye, top sirloin
    • 3/4 cups soy sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 3/4 cups sugar
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 8 eggs, beaten
    • flour, as needed
    • canola oil, as needed
    • Dipping Sauce:
    • 1/3 cup soy sauce
    • 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • red or black pepper, pinch

    Directions

    1. Dredge meat in flour 2. Dip in beaten eggs 3. Pan fry in oil.
