Total Reheating Time: 1 1/2 to 2 hours

NY Strip Roast:

  • Conventional Oven:
    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
    2. Remove cover and place strip loin roast in oven
    3. For medium rare, heat until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 40-50 minutes)
    4. For medium, heat until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 50-60 minutes)
    5. Let roast stand for 8-10 minutes before serving

 

Crab & Artichoke Cakes:

  • Conventional Oven:
    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
    2. Place cakes in ovenproof pan or tray
    3. Heat for about 10-15 minutes
    4. Serve tarragon aioli chilled
  • Microwave:
    1. Remove cover
    2. Place in microwave and heat on high power for 3-5 minutes
    3. Serve tarragon aioli chilled

 

Brussels Sprouts & Butternut Squash:

  • Conventional Oven:
    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
    2. Place Brussels sprouts in ovenproof pan or tray and cover tightly with foil
    3. Heat for about 10-15 minutes or until hot
  • Microwave: Remove lid and place in microwave on high power for 3-5 minutes or until hot

 

Roasted Baby Gem Potatoes:

  • Conventional Oven:
    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
    2. Place potatoes in ovenproof pan or tray and cover tightly with foil
    3. Heat for about 10-15 minutes or until hot
  • Microwave:
    1. Remove lid and cover with plastic wrap and poke holes to let steam escape
    2. Place in microwave and heat on high power for 3-5 minutes or until hot

 

Caramelized Onion Jus:

  • Stove: Heat in saucepan over medium heat until simmering, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  • Microwave: Remove lid and cover with a paper towel (container is microwavable).  Heat on high power for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally until hot.
