Togarashi Blackened Local Ahi, MA’O Farms Sassy Greens, Shaved Beets, Truffle-Calamansi Vinaigrette

  • Serve cold.
  • Mix salad blend with a little salt, pepper, and the Truffle-Calamansi Vinaigrette.
  • Reserve some of the vinaigrette for garnish.
  • Place the salad in the middle of a plate, add the sliced ahi and drizzle the remaining vinaigrette around the plate.
  • Top with togarashi and fried shallot blend.

      • 10-15 minutes for medium rare
