Chef's Valentine's Day Dinner Heating Instructions

Reheat time is approximately 30+ minutes. All items are fully cooked. Unless otherwise noted, reheat all foods until internal temperature reaches 165F. Check internal temperature with a cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the food (without touching the bones of meats). Reheating times may vary based on oven type, accuracy of oven temperature, quantity of food, and/or other variables.

Certified Angus Beef Braised Short Rib (12 oz.)
  • Stove Top:
    • Transfer contents to a medium saucepan and cover with a lid.
    • Heat over medium-low for 8-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until short ribs are heated through and sauce is gently simmering.
  • Microwave:
    • Keep contents in the microwave-safe container. Loosely cover with the lid and microwave on high for 2-4 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until heated through.

Butter Poached Lobster Tail (2 pc.)
  • Oven:
    • Preheat oven to 300F.
    • Transfer lobster to an oven-safe dish, cover loosely with foil, and heat for 4-6 minutes, or until heated through (145F).
    • Garnish with chimichurri gremolata.
  • Microwave:
    • Remove chimichurri gremolata and lemon wedges.
    • Keep lobster in the microwave-safe container, wrap loosely with plastic wrap, and poke holes for ventilation.
    • Heat on high for 1 minute, then continue in 30-second intervals until heated through (145F).
    • Be careful not to overcook, as lobster can become rubbery when overheated.
    • Garnish with chimichurri gremolata.

Whipped Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes (16 oz)
  • Stove Top: 
    • Transfer contents to a medium saucepan.
    • Heat over medium-low for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
    • If desired, stir in a splash of milk, cream, or butter while reheating for an extra-smooth texture.
  • Microwave:
    • Remove lid and cover with a damp paper towel.
    • Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until heated.

Haricot Verts
  • Oven:
    • Preheat oven to 350F.
    • Transfer haricot verts to an oven-safe dish and top with yuzu herb butter.
    • Cover loosely with foil and heat for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
    • Remove foil and toss gently, then garnish with crispy shallots.
  • Microwave: 
    • Remove crispy shallots.
    • Keep haricot verts in the microwave-safe container and cover with a damp paper towel.
    • Heat on high for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes, or until heated through.
    • Toss with yuzu herb butter, then garnish with crispy shallots.
